Description
The session will begin with a general introduction to the processing tools available (OPUS, Quasar, and Cytospec on ASCI).
Following, a more detailed introduction into the open-source software, Quasar, including how to perform some common multivariate analyses such as hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) and principal component analysis (PCA).
