Cleaning up projection images:

• More details about F&D correction (e.g. detector and beam non-linearities)
• How the X-tract filters work: zinger, ring, median tec.

Retrieving the phase:

• More about TIE and how it works.
• Other retrieval techniques (e.g. binary and ternary approximations).

Producing the CT volume

• Gridrec and FBP comparison.
• Iterative methods for overcoming low SNR (SIRT etc.)

Morphological analysis on the volume

• Erosion/dilation
